Maintenance Planning

We can customize Maintenance Planning services to help you track and schedule your required maintenance services.

Vendors often want to have a complete workscope of the work to be performed. An incomplete workscope can lead to more or even less work being performed than what is required to keep your aircraft in service until the next scheduled inspection. This reduces downtime between inspections. We utilize your existing inspection program and tracking system to develop a workscope that is complete and ready to be implemented.

When you buy or sell an aircraft, the inspection program for the new operator is most likely not be the same as yours. The prior operator may be using an older inspection program that does not include tasks that came out in later revisions. The new operator will need to know the current status and have the certain inspections performed prior to delivery acceptance so compliance is maintained once the ownership changes hands.

You may want to have a modification or series of modifications performed on your aircraft to install upgrades such as avionics, interiors, or additional equipment. These modifications may have instructions for continued airworthiness associated with them to perform certain inspections at various intervals. We can ensure your tracking system has these instructions in place so you can maintain compliance.

Inspection program changes do occur from time to time. Those changes may or may not apply to you. Some tracking systems automatically add those inspections to your tracking even though you may not be required to have them. The opposite is true as well: you may have made changes and your tracking system does not reflect it. We can audit the tracking system and coordinate updates to ensure your system mirrors your inspection program.
